NYHealth Grant Assessment Reports

The Foundation often takes a step back after funding a series of grants designed to affect health policy, health service improvements, or overall improvements in health. Over time, the Foundation has produced special reports to assess our contribution or direct impact upon observable changes as a result of these sets of grants.
