The New York State Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS) PRISMS reports are downloadable risk profile reports for upstate New York counties and New York City.

The OASAS PRISMS System helps identify risk factors and consequences of youth alcohol and substance use in New York State counties and New York City neighborhoods. This community-level risk information can alert local governments, prevention planners, and service providers to those areas where alcohol and other substance use risks and problems are greatest. The PRISMS data can be downloaded for further analysis or for use in reports and graphics. The data include information for all New York State counties and the five New York City boroughs.
