The Beryl Institute is hosting a webinar on how interpreters’ suggested improvements for deaf patients and those with limited English proficiency were implemented for all patients. These improvements broke down barriers to care and reduced discrimination, benefitting all facets of experience for patients. Attendees will learn how to recognize ways in which clinics and units are inaccessible to patients; identify how an inclusive environment benefits both patients and staff; and create a more accessible and inclusive clinic or unit.
