NYHealth invites you to attend its webinar series, “Practically Speaking,” that will share actionable ideas to better serve New Yorkers during the COVID-19 pandemic. This session will focus on partnering with people of color and low-income communities on their health care needs.

The COVID-19 pandemic both highlights and deepens inequality in societies across the world. Addressing the racial, ethnic, and cultural inequities in health care requires partnering with minority patients and families to ensure that efforts are grounded in a true understanding of their experiences and guided by self-determined priorities.

Please join us for a webinar with Bev Johnson, President/CEO at Institute for Patient- and Family-Centered Care, to learn more about strategies and resources for meaningful, effective collaboration with people of color to bring about change and improvement in health care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
